Metal
Metal braces are the most common type. Goldman Orthodontics uses the most comfortable, efficient and innovative metal braces currently available. Many patients enjoy choosing the color of bands that will be placed on their braces. We can easily change the color of your bands at each appointment.
Clear
Ceramic braces are made of translucent (clear) material. They are a great aesthetic alternative to metal braces. Clear braces move teeth efficiently, just like metal braces. They are also comfortable to wear.
Lingual Braces
Many adults today choose to undergo treatment via lingual braces, which are attached to the backs of the teeth and, therefore, are less visible than traditional braces.
Lingual braces are not for everybody and they don't solve all orthodontic problems. They also can prolong treatment time somewhat. They represent one of the treatment options now available to adults considering braces.
